Board Games - Photosynthesis

  This is my choice for the abstract strategy category.  Photosynthesis . I am so glad now that I didn't buy this game based on it's good looks!  The artwork is beautiful, but the game play is not great.  I assumed that it would counted as an Environmental theme, but you have to cut your trees down to get points, so natural habitat of the cute animals that live in this wood are destroyed!  I dount that was the designers intention!

January Badge Work Update

 I have stayed away from the Rebel Facebook page to reduce my screen time, but it means that I am engaging less with all things Rebel.  Not sure how to balance that, but here's an accountability update. CREATIVE   Craft Builder Critic Scrapbooker Writer - I will finish this on the 14th January when I will have been using this Blog for six months.  I don't think blogging is really for me, but I'll keep it updated with photos from my Rebel Journey. Board Games - Heroes of the Village

  This is the latest Minecraft board game - Heroes of the Village , and I am using this for the Video Game Theme category.  The Minecraft board games are surprisingly entertaining and you don't need lots of Minecraft knowledge to play them.  We didn't get the rules correct and it seemed really easy.  When we figured out where we were going wrong, the bad guys came straight for us!
